How to choose the right size: measure your foot: Place your heel against a wall and measure to the tip of your longest toe. This is your foot length. Add about 0.6–1.5 cm to get a comfortable fit. When trying shoes on, your feet may warm up and swell slightly, so choose close to 1 cm or a little more extra space. Compare the resulting measurement with the size chart below to choose your size.

The shoe's outsole features NatuRun, a direct vulcanized dual-density Ecorubber outsole that contains recycled rubber particles. This provides excellent durability and protection for your feet. The outsole is 2.5 mm thick, offering a good balance of ground feel and protection.
And, best of all, the shoes are made in Finland and are 100% vegan.
